TNG eWallet allows only one account per user to prevent abuse and enhance security. Having a single verified account reduces the risk of fraud, ensures accurate identity verification, and keeps your information and wallet balance consistent across our platform.
If a user tries to create a second account, this action alone will NOT cause the first account to be suspended. The second account opening request will simply be rejected, and the first account will not be affected if it was created legitimately.
However, if we find strong evidence that the attempt to open a second account involves issues that do not meet regulatory or security requirements, such as using fake or tampered documents or identity, the new account opening will be rejected and the existing account may also be temporarily suspended for further investigation. This is a precaution to prevent any unauthorised access and to make sure the rightful owner is protected.
Once the checks are completed, and we confirm that the account activity is safe and follows the rules, the user will regain access to their account and their money.
