Your money remains safe during the review period. A suspension only limits access to the account, such as withdrawals or transfers, while the review is ongoing. Your balance remains in your eWallet and is not taken or removed.
Once the review is completed and we confirm that the account activity is safe and follows the rules, the account and funds will be released back to the user.
If the case involves authorities such as Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), we must follow their instructions before taking further action. This ensures all steps comply with Malaysian laws and protect the user’s rights.
