Yes, you are allowed to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
For upgrade of plan
You may go to TNG eWallet > GOfinance > Insurance > WalletSafe and click “Switch to WalletSafe Pro” to proceed. Your WalletSafe Basic Plan will be automatically cancelled and you will be issued with a new certificate of Pro plan upon successful payment made on the same day. Kindly note that your premium of WalletSafe Basic Plan is not refundable upon upgrade of your plan.
For downgrade of plan
You may contact AIA Online Customer Service via e-mail at my.aiaonline@aia.com to cancel your WalletSafe certificate of Pro Plan. Once it is successfully cancelled, you may purchase Basic Plan directly from your eWallet. However, you are not encouraged to downgrade your plan during your coverage period as Pro Plan provides a more comprehensive coverage compared to Basic Plan. Kindly note that your premium of WalletSafe Pro Plan is not refundable upon downgrade of your plan.
