Unauthorised Transaction from TNG Digital Wallet / Unauthorised Debit or Credit Card Spending due to Theft
Claim must be notified to AIA within 90 days from the unauthorised transaction or unauthorised spending date.
Accidental Death / Loss of Personal Belongings due to Theft
Claims must be notified to AIA within 30 days from the date of accident causing your injury or within 30 days from the theft incident causing loss of your personal belongings.
In the event of death, immediate notice of claim must be given to AIA.
