Yes, you are allowed to change your personal details from the Edit Info page.
The particulars that you may change at your end are the following:
If you haven't done your account verification (ekyc)
1) Name - you may change when you do Account Verification (eKYC)
2) ID Number - you may change when you do Account Verification (eKYC)
3) Date of Birth - you may change when you do Account Verification (eKYC)
4) Email
5) Occupation
6) Nature of Business
7) Address

Please follow these steps to change your personal details via Face Verification
[Notes : Face verification is being upgraded for iOS users, this feature will be temporarily disabled. Kindly use your PIN as alternate authentication. Thank you for your patience.]
Step 1 :Go to Profile -> Settings -> Tap on Face Verification button if yet to activate/enable

Step 2: Once activated, click “Edit Info”
Step 3: Scan your face
Step 4: Proceed with your changes
Please follow these steps to change your personal details without Face Verification
Step 1 : Click on “Profile” icon at top right of the app homepage
Step 2 : Click on "Edit Info"
Step 3 : Answer the Security Question (you may reset security questions from Settings page if you forgotten)
Step 4 : Proceed with your changes.
