Need to Change Your Registered Mobile Number for Touch 'n Go eWallet? No Problem!
Yes, You can update the mobile number associated with your Touch 'n Go eWallet. Just make sure you have the latest version of the Touch 'n Go application.
If you are no longer logged-in :
Verified Account : You can regain access to your account by submitting a request through our webform at www.touchngo.com.my and select 'Contact us" under Touch 'n go then select 'Contact us" under Touch 'n go look for "write to us" and click Careline webform. Kindly choose "Update Mobile Number" at “Support Type"
Unverified Account : you can regain access by following the Account Recovery steps with your registered email address. Watch a short video here.
If you are still logged-in :
1. Open the TNG eWallet app and tap Profile.
2. Tap Security.
3. Tap Change Mobile Number.
4. Answer Security Question.
5. Enter New Mobile Number.
6. A message will appear once your 6 digit PIN has been successfully updated.
