Need to Change Your Registered Mobile Number for Touch 'n Go eWallet? No Problem!
Yes, you can update the mobile number associated with your Touch 'n Go eWallet. Just make sure you have the latest version of the Touch 'n Go application.
If you are no longer logged-in:
Verified Account: You can regain access to your account by following the Account Recovery steps as below:
- Open the TNG eWallet app enter the Enter mobile number page.
- Tap on the question mark icon (?) or the Need help? Link.
- Tap on I’ve changed my mobile number.
- Input your new mobile number and continue to follow the steps.
- You will be required to have a valid email address already tied to your existing account and a face verification authentication to complete the process.
- Once the process has been completed, you can access your account with your new mobile number by logging in.
Unverified Account: you can regain access by following the Account Recovery steps with your registered email address. Watch a short video here.
If you are still logged-in:
- Open the TNG eWallet app and tap Profile.
- In the Security section (or tap on Security), tap on Change Mobile Number.
- Input your 6-digit PIN
- Enter New Mobile Number.
- Input the OTP sent to your new mobile number
- A successful message will be displayed when your new mobile number has been changed.
