Yes, you are able to change the mobile number registered to your eWallet.
Please ensure your TNG eWallet app is upgraded to the latest version.
1) If you are no longer able to log in to your Touch 'n Go eWallet, or No longer have access to the current registered phone number
- For ekyc account : Get your account back with the new Account Recovery with Face Verification. Watch this short video to see how it works or click here for more information on Account Recovery.
- For non ekyc account : Please submit a webform request here by following the steps below:
Step 1: Fill up the required information
Step 2: Select Support Type > Account Update > Update Mobile Number
Step 3: Add file: Attach a Copy of your Postpaid/Prepaid Phone Bills
Step 4: Click "Submit"

2) If you are still able to login to your Touch 'n Go eWallet and yet to activate face verification
Step 1 : Go to Profile -> Settings -> Tap on Face Verification button to activate/enable

Step 2 : Once activated/enabled , tap on “Change Mobile Number”
Step 3 : Scan your face
Step 4: Enter your new mobile number and you're done!
3) If you are still able to login to your Touch 'n Go eWallet and have activated face verification
[Notes : Face verification is being upgraded for iOS users, this feature will be temporarily disabled. Kindly use your PIN as alternate authentication. Thank you for your patience.]
Step 1: Click on the “Profile” icon on the top right of the homepage
Step 2: Choose "Settings" then “Change Mobile Number”
Step 3 : Scan your face
Step 4: Enter your new mobile number and you're done!
4) Alternatively, you still can change mobile number without activating face verification

Step 2: Choose "Settings" then “Change Mobile Number”
Step 3: Answer the Security Question (You may click Forgot Security Questions if you forgotten)
Step 4: Enter your new mobile number
Step 5: Enter OTP that will be sent to your new mobile number
