There are 2 possible scenarios for a damaged TNG RFID Tag. Here is what you can do in both scenarios:
Scenario 1: You have successfully purchased your TNG RFID Tag but the package you received is damaged.
You may be asked to sign an acceptance for the delivery. If the packaging is damaged, you should not accept the delivery and sign off as "Damaged." We will send you a replacement TNG RFID Tag in exchange.
Scenario 2: You have been using the TNG RFID Tag but it got damaged.
You can get your first TNG RFID Tag replacement free of charge, but only if your TNG RFID Tag was fitted after 15 February 2020. Each subsequent replacement will be RM 35.
