Follow these steps to request for a replacement of TNG RFID Tag on TNG RFID Portal.
- Log in to your TNG RFID Portal account
- Go to My TNG RFID and select My Vehicle
- Go to "Actions" and select "Request replacement tag"
- Fill in your details accordingly.
For TNG RFID Tag purchased at any of our appointed and authorised Fitment Centre, you may visit the Fitment Centre for replacement of your TNG RFID Tag to be carried out, if necessary.
