You can terminate your RFID Tag directly via the TNG eWallet app. Please follow the steps below:
- On the home page, tap the Transport icon.
- On the Transport page, locate and tap the RFID icon.
- Tap Terminate Now on the RFID Tag you wish to terminate.
- Select the reason for termination.
- Tap Submit.
- Confirm that you would like to proceed with the termination.
- Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise the request.
- Your RFID Tag termination will be processed upon successful verification.
- You will receive a push notification once the termination has been completed successfully.
