What if I still have Non-Transferable balance in Touch ‘n Go eWallet account from previous credit card reload? How do I spend it?

There is no change in payment use cases for non -transferable balance. Your Non-Transferable balance can still be used for all payment use cases except for:
Transfer
DuitNow Transfer
GO+
GOinvest
GOremit
ATM withdrawal via Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa card
JomPAY
In the event, your Transferable balance is insufficient for the following use cases, your Non-Transferable balance can still be utilised and converted to transferable balance with 1% convenience fee;
