A convenience fee applies when you reload your eWallet using a local or international credit, debit, or prepaid card—whether manually, via auto-reload, or Quick Payment.
The fee is calculated based on the reload amount and the type of card used. For example:
- Reload amount: RM200
- Reload method: Local credit card (1% fee)
- Convenience fee: 1% of RM200 = RM2
- Total charged to your card: RM202
