Usually, the confirmation email will take up to 24 hours to deliver to your email address after purchase completion.
Should you fail to receive the confirmation email after more than 24 hours, we suggest performing the following actions: -
- Double check if you entered the correct email address under your flight booking. You may check the details under "Contact" section of your booked flight;
- Cross-check your junk, spam or filtered email folder(s) to see if the confirmation email is redirected there;
- Tap on the "Send again" button under your booking.
