If you notice an error in the spelling of your name or the passenger's name, please send an email to 【voyager.cstngd@ant-intl.com】 and provide the following information:
- The wrongly spelled full name
- The correct full name
- A photo of your or the passenger's passport/personal identification document (depending on the type of identification used when purchasing the ticket)
Please note that not all amendment requests will be accepted by the flight provider, and there may be an amendment fee charged by the provider, in accordance with airline policy.
If an amendment fee is required, we suggest reaching out to the airline's Customer Service team to seek for further assistance.
