If you missed your flight or do not show up, please note that any refund request will be based on the refund policy and the refund amount will be determined by the airline's policy, which may include a no-show fee. Please follow the step below to perform a self-cancellation of your booking:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program.
- Click on the ‘
' icon on the top right corner of the homepage.
- Select 'My Orders' and locate your flight booking.
- Click on it to view the 'Refund' button.
- Tap on the 'Refund' button and choose the flight(s) you wish to cancel, along with the cancellation refund.
For round-trip bookings, you can either cancel the entire booking or cancel only the return flight after your departure. Cancellation of a single outbound or inbound leg of a flight is not supported.
- Click on 'Submit' button and you will be able to view the detail breakdown of your refund request.
- Tap on 'Yes, cancel the flight' to process the cancellation request. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the cancellation request to be processed. If the cancellation is successful, the refund amount may take up to 5 business days to appear in your original payment account.
Important: Travel+ cannot provide a waiver if the airline does not allow cancellation and any of the refund amount is subject to airline's approval and decision.
