Cancellation policies and refund amounts vary depending on the airline and the fare rules associated with your booking. Some flights may also incur cancellation fees or be non-refundable. Please note that these details are displayed under "Baggage and Policy Details" before the payment page and during self-cancellation.
By initiating a cancellation, you agree to the airline's policies. To cancel your flight booking, follow these steps:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program.
- Click on the ‘’ icon on the top right corner of the homepage.
- Select 'My Orders' and locate your flight booking.
- Click on it to view the 'Refund' button.
- Tap on the 'Refund' button and choose the flight(s) you wish to cancel, along with the cancellation refund.
For round-trip bookings, you can either cancel the entire booking or cancel only the return flight after your departure. Cancellation of a single outbound or inbound leg of the flight is not supported.
- Click on 'Submit' button and you will be able to view the detail breakdown of your refund request.
- Tap on 'Yes, cancel the flight' to process the cancellation request.
Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the cancellation request to be processed. If the cancellation is successful, the refund amount may take up to 5 business days to appear in your original payment account.
Important: We cannot provide a waiver if the airline does not allow cancellation and any of the refund amount is subject to airline's approval and decision.
