There are two ways to check-in:
1st option: Online Check-In
To check in online, visit the official airline website, navigate to the “Check-in” section, and provide your booking reference number and passenger name to complete the check-in process. Since check-in times vary by airline, please refer to the airline's website for the exact self-service check-in availability.
In rare cases, travellers are unable to perform online check-in. If you face such an issue, we suggest a few actions to troubleshoots as below: -
i. Ensure you key the correct flight booking details and retry again
ii. Clear cache, cookies and history of your website
iii. Retry using incognito mode
iv. Retry using another browser (such as Safari, Firefox and etc)
Alternatively, we would recommend you arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before your scheduled departure time and complete the check-in procedures at the airport counter.
2nd option: Onsite Check-in
On the day of departure, you can proceed to the designated airport counter to complete the check-in formalities, typically starting 3 (three) hours prior to the flight.
