Yes, you may cancel your certificate of insurance for CI Insure at any time by giving a written notice to AIA General Berhad. Upon cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of your premium provided that you have not made a claim during the current coverage year. Kindly note that there shall be no refund of premium for monthly premium payment mode.
- There is a Free Look Period whereby if you cancel your certificate of insurance within 15 days after you have received the document, the premiums that you have paid will be refunded.
