If you have selected “Monthly Premium Payment Mode” and/or “Auto Renewal & Auto Debit” during your purchase, auto debit will be activated upon your authorisation in order for us to charge the premium amount from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account at premium due date. If auto debit fails due to insufficient balance, AIA will auto deduct the premium amount within 24 hours after you have reloaded your eWallet with sufficient balance.
