You will receive an email 60 days before your policy expires, with a renewal notice stating your renewal policy summary and renewal premium based on the same coverage amount and add-ons coverages as your current policy.
However, in the event that of a claim from your current policy, AIA reserves the right not to renew your policy by giving 30 days prior notice from your policy expiry date, and the renewal premium charged will be fully refunded to you. You are encouraged to seek for alternative fire insurance coverage for your property.
