If you have opted in for auto renewal, renewal premium will be charged from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet continuously every day starting from 60 days before your current policy expires until it is successful by the expiration date of your current policy. Once you reloaded your eWallet with sufficient amount, AIA will then charge the renewal premium within 24 hours. However, if the charging of renewal premium remains failed on the expiration date of your current policy, your policy will not be renewed and you will need to repurchase a new policy from Touch ‘n Go eWallet again.
