Your SafeHome policy is not renewed due to the one of the following reasons:
- Renewal premium is failed to be charged from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet due to insufficient balance until the day your current policy expires, hence you will need to repurchase a new policy from Touch ‘n Go eWallet again; or
- You have a claim under your previous SafeHome policy, hence you are not eligible for renewal. Any premium being charged for the renewed policy will be fully refunded to you; or
- You have failed our renewal underwriting guidelines, hence you are not eligible for renewal.
