Before installing the eSIM on your device, please check if your device supports eSIM and make sure you have a stable connection. Note that the steps may vary slightly depending on your device model and software version.
Android Devices
- Open "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Add eSIM"
- Scan your eSIM QR code
- Allow your device to check for network info
- When prompted, tap "Download"
- Your eSIM is now installed!
iOS Devices
- Open "Settings" > “Cellular”>"Add eSIM" > "Use QR Code"
- Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the on-screen prompts (tap "Continue" twice)
- Your eSIM is now installed!
Due to current restrictions in Turkey, we recommend completing the installation of eSIM before your departure.
