You can cancel your eSIM order within its validity, as long as you have not activated the data package. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
' icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders', and locate the eSIM package you ordered;
- Tap on it, and you should be able to find a 'Cancel Booking' button.
Please note that once the data package is activated, cancellation is no longer possible. Also, any top-up purchases made for the package are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
