My internet is slow. What should I do?

Internet speeds depend on the coverage, speed or priority of the local operator. We suggest you  select your network manually and here's how:

For Android phone:

1. Open the phone 'Settings', tap on 'Connections';
2. Tap on 'Mobile networks', tap on 'Network operators';
3. To select the network manually, deactivate the 'Select automatically' option and select the network (local carrier).
4. Restart your device.

For iPhone:

1. Open the iPhone 'Settings', tap on 'Mobile Service';
2. Tap on 'Network Selection';
3. Then, on the "Network Selection" page, tap on the network (local carrier) you need to select.
4. Restart your device.
