Internet speeds depend on the coverage, speed or priority of the local operator. We suggest you select your network manually and here's how:
For Android phone:
- Open the phone 'Settings', tap on 'Connections';
- Tap on 'Mobile networks', tap on 'Network operators';
- To select the network manually, deactivate the 'Select automatically' option and select the network (local carrier).
- Restart your device.
For iPhone:
- Open the iPhone 'Settings', tap on 'Mobile Service';
- Tap on 'Network Selection';
- Then, on the "Network Selection" page, tap on the network (local carrier) you need to select.
- Restart your device.
