You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes from the booking placed.
We would suggest you take the following steps:
- Confirm you have entered the correct email address. Please tap on 'My Orders', locate your hotel booking > cross-check the email address displayed under 'Contact Info' section to verify if you entered the correct email and if it is going to the correct inbox.
- Check your junk, spam or filtered email folders to see if the confirmation email is there.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please be informed that the booking will automatically be marked as failed. The status of the booking will be reflected as 'Cancelled' and you may expecting to receive the refund under your original payment method in the next 5 working days.
