To facilitate check-in at the hotel, please present both the Booking and Order ID along with the guest's name and valid identification. Note that the booking confirmation email serves merely as supplementary documentation; hence, a smooth check-in process can still be expected even without receiving this email, provided your booking status is marked as 'Confirmed' and both Booking and Order ID are visible.
However, if you wish to obtain a printed copy of the confirmation email, we recommend thoroughly checking your spam, junk, or other filtered email folders in case it was misdirected there.
