Once you have successfully placed your reservation, you may follow these steps to access your booking:
1. Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
2. Tap on the ‘’ icon on the top corner;
3. Tap on 'My Orders' and locate your hotel booking
4. Click on the booking and you should be able to view the purchase details, including the status of the booking.
