Once you have successfully placed your reservation, you may follow these steps to access your booking:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
’ icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate your hotel booking
- Click on the booking and you should be able to view the purchase details, including the status of the booking.
