Please note that cancellation fees may apply or you may not receive a refund. Before cancelling a booking, please make sure you have reviewed the cancellation policy and agree to the terms.
To cancel your booking, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
’ icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate the order you'd like to cancel;
- Click on it and you should see the Reservation Details;
- Scroll down to click on 'Cancel Booking' button.
If you do not see the 'Cancel Booking' button, it means that your order does not support cancellation. Please contact Travel+ Customer Care if you need further assistance.
