- Kindly confirm you have entered the correct email address. Please tap on 'My Orders' and locate your specific ticket or tour booking > cross-check the email address displayed under 'Contact Info' to verify if you entered the correct email address and ensure you are checking the correct inbox.
- Please cross-check under your junk, spam or filtered email folder(s) to see if the confirmation email was directed there by any chance.
If you still fail to receive booking confirmation after performing both actions above, we highly recommend you to tap on the 'Cancel Booking' button, to cancel the order and purchase again.
