The option to edit booking details after the confirmation is not available. We recommend you cancel the order and re-order as quick as possible.
Please also ensure that you have reviewed the cancellation policy and agree with the terms and conditions before cancelling the ticket.
To cancel your booking, please follow the steps below:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
’ icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate the order you would like to cancel;
- Click on it and you should see the 'Reservation Details';
- Scroll down to click on 'Cancel Booking'.
