To cancel your booking, please follow the steps below:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the '
' icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate the order you would like to cancel;
- Click on it and you should see the 'Reservation Details';
- Scroll down to click on 'Cancel Booking'.
