You may check the cancellation policy of the respective ticket or travel tickets. There are 2 sections where you may find its cancellation policy:
- Pre-purchase: Under the 'Product Details', you will notice cancellation policy like 'Conditional Cancellation', 'Non-cancellable', and 'Free Cancellation'.
- Post-purchase: In the 'My Orders' list, find the specific order and open to view the 'Cancellation Policy' to learn more.
