SafeTrip provides cashless hospital admission to you if you require confinement (admission) in a hospital overseas due to accidents and/or food poisoning during your trip. AIA may pay directly to the hospital on the reasonable and customary fees and charges incurred. Alternatively, you can pay first and reimburse from AIA later.
For this, you must contact AIA 24-hour Worldwide Travel Assistance Service hotline at +603-2163 4088 before visiting a medical facility to ensure eligibility and arrange cashless admission. Do note that roaming charges are borne by you.
