There are a few reasons you might not be able to open TNG eWallet, such as internet connection issues, app errors, or outdated device software. If you see a message that says, “This device is no longer supported”, it means your device is running Android 8 or below and can no longer support TNG eWallet. From 24 November 2025, TNG eWallet only works on Android 9 or iOS 13 or newer.
