Go to Settings → About phone → Android version to see your device’s version number. If it’s 8 or below, check for a software update and install the latest if your device supports it. Otherwise, you’ll need a device running Android 9 or above, or iOS 13 or above before 24 November 2025 to continue using TNG eWallet.
