Sometimes, your transactions may require manual processing by our Remittance Operations Team. Here’s what you need to know:
- Manual Processing: transactions received after 10:00 PM will be processed starting from 9:00 AM the next day.
- Bank Processing Times: once we’ve sent the funds to the recipient’s bank, they will handle the necessary processing and clearance. Processing times vary between banks and currencies, and in some cases, it can take up to 2 working days for the funds to be fully processed.
- Weekends and Public Holidays: please note that weekends and public holidays may cause delays, as banks typically do not operate during these times. Transfers initiated just before a weekend or holiday might only begin processing on the next working day.
