After your remittance transfer, you'll receive push notifications for:
- Successful Deduction – When the amount is deducted from your eWallet.
- Transfer Processing Completion – When processing is completed on our end.
Please note that while these notifications keep you updated on the progress of your transfer, they don’t necessarily confirm that the funds have been received by the recipient yet.

From Remittance Activities Tab
1. Click on “Activities” at the bottom of page.
2. You can view a list of your remittance transactions and their status on the right.
3. Click on any remittance transaction and click on "Send receipt to my email"
4. Reconfirm email and click on "Send receipt now", receipt successfully send!
From Remittance Details Page
1. On Remittance details page, click on remittance transaction at the bottom.
2. Click on any remittance transaction and click on "Send receipt to my email"
3. Reconfirm email and click on "Send receipt now", receipt successfully send!
