Your payment may fail due to the following reasons:

- Non-Malaysians: Maximum 10 remittance transactions per month.

Transaction Holding Period – you did not complete your payment within 30 minutes |
- The transaction will be placed on hold.
- You cannot create new transactions whilst you have an existing transaction on hold. If you create multiple transactions within the 30-minute holding period, the total send amount will be accumulated.
- If the accumulated sent amount exceeds your monthly limit within the 30-minute holding period, any subsequent attempts to submit a transaction for payment will fail, and an error message will be displayed.
- It's advisable to wait at least 30 minutes after creating a transaction before attempting to create new ones. This will give the system time to process the previous transaction and ensure that the accumulated send amount doesn't exceed your monthly limit.
