Please follow these steps to track your ticket status:
Step 1 – Tap on A+ Rewards icon from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app homepage
Step 2 – Tap on Vouchers or Cards
Step 3 – Tap on the Customer Service icon at the top right
Step 4 – Tap on Track Your Ticket button
Step 5 – Select the ticket from the list
Step 6 – View the feedback from A+ Customer Service
