Services provided by AIA for SafeTrip under the Travel Assistance Service are:
- International Medical Assistance includes, but not limited to, medical referral and medical appointment arrangement, arrangement of hospital admission guarantee (due to accident and/or food poisoning only), evacuation and repatriation service etc.; and
- Travel Assistance includes, but not limited to, visa, passport and inoculation requirements, location of lost items (e.g. luggage, documents, personal items), legal referral, interpreter/translator referral etc.
