You can terminate your Touch 'n Go eWallet account by submitting your request via in-app. To initiate an account termination request through the in-app , please ensure that both your eWallet balance and GO+ balance (if applicable) are zero.

Step 3 : Tap on Delete Account
Step 4 : Enter 6 digit PIN
