Petrol transactions require a pre-authorisation of RM200 from your eWallet balance and any unused amount will be refunded within 15 minutes. Hence, you are required to ensure that you have a minimum balance of RM200 for any petrol transactions.
If you did not proceed with the petrol transaction and did not receive a refund within 20 days, you may reach out to us via Chatbot within the TNG eWallet app or contact our Careline at 03-50223888.
For exceptional cases (For example and not limited to: you picked up the nozzle and placed it back without fuelling), the refund will take up to 30 days to be processed.
