Once you have successfully purchased the car insurance/takaful, you will receive the e-policy/e-certificate document via email from our insurance/takaful partner/agent within 72 hours from the date of successful purchase.
Alternatively, you can request to resend your e-policy/certificate to your email address by following the steps below:
- Go to My Policies
- Look for the Policy/ Certificate you wish to resend (MUST BE in the Active Status)
- Click View Details
- Click on E-policy and then enter your email address
(Resend e-Policy/ Certificate is not available for Etiqa)
