1. If you are no longer log-in to your eWallet account, follow the steps below.
- Step 1 : Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet and enter your Registered Mobile Number
- Step 1: Tap Forgot your PIN?
- Step 2: Enter your Mobile Number
- Step 3: Enter OTP that being send to your Mobile Number
- Step 4: FOR VERIFIED ACCOUNT - scan your face while FOR UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT, Registered ID Number/Security Question will be asked.
- Step 5: Once completed, Enter a new 6-digit PIN and you're done!
2. If you are still log-in to your eWallet account, follow the steps below.
- Step 1 : Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet and tap on Profile.
- Step 2 : Scroll down and tap on Settings
- Step 3 : Tap Change 6-digit PIN
- Step 4 : Tap on Forgot PIN
- Step 5 : FOR VERIFIED ACCOUNT - scan your face while FOR UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT, Registered ID Number/Security Question will be asked.
- Step 6: Once completed, Enter a new 6-digit PIN and you're done!
3. If your account has been suspended due to the below scenarios, please allow 24 hours before before retrying again.
- Exceeding allowable 6-digit PIN attempts during login, or
- Exceeding allowable security questions attempts
