There are a few reasons you might not be able to open TNG eWallet, such as internet connection issues, app errors, or outdated device software. If you see a message that says, “This device is no longer supported”, it means your device is running iOS14 or lower and can no longer support TNG eWallet. From 22 July 2026, TNG eWallet only works on iOS 15 or newer.
