- Original Driver's License and IDP (International Driving Permit)
- You must bring the driver's license issued by your country of residence.
- If your driver's license is printed in the non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc.), you are strongly recommended to supplement it with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Any driver's license originating from countries not part of the International Driving Permit treaty must also be accompanied by an official translation in English.
- When renting within the EU, customers from non-EU countries must also present an International Driving Permit along with their domestic license.
- Original ID Card and Passport of the Main Driver
- A physical, chip-enabled international credit card under the main driver's name
- Please note: Different car rental company may accept different types of credit cards. The specific requirements are subject to the car rental company's policies.
- Pick-up Confirmation: After a successful booking, Travel+ will email a electronic pick-up confirmation to your registered email. You're recommended to download and print it for use.
- Deposit Policy:
- According to the rental company's policies, a vehicle deposit and insurance deposit are required for pick-up and return. The deposit policy follows the rental company's guidelines.
- Typically, deposits are paid via credit card pre-authorization, though some rental companies may require cash payment. Please consult the rental outlet for specific details.
