The option to edit Reservation Details or place a special remark is not available, but we recommend you to cancel the order and re-order as quick as possible to avoid any cancellation charge/fee.
To cancel your booking, please follow the steps below:
- Open your 'Travel+' mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
’ icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate the Ticket or Tour you'd like to cancel;
- Click on it and you should see the Reservation Details;
- Scroll down to click on 'Cancel Booking'.
If you cannot find the 'Cancel Booking' button, it could mean that your order does not support cancellation anymore. Please contact Travel+ Customer Care if you need further assistance.
