We're truly sorry that this happened. In the event of a traffic accident during the rental period, please contact the car rental company immediately and follow their instructions to report the incident to the police and obtain a police accident report.
Please ensure the following documents are available for the necessary insurance claim: (i) Car Rental agreement, (ii) Car Damage Inspection Report and the (iii) receipt of Penalty Charge for the necessary insurance claim.
This is also to protect yourself form being personally responsible for any damage cost.
