If your charging session does not start, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the cable. Ensure the charger is securely plugged into both your car and the charging station. Push it in firmly if needed.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection.
- Restart the session. Fully close the TNG eWallet app, open it again, refresh the EV Charging mini program, and try to start charging once more.
- Look for error messages. Check the app or charger screen for any alerts or instructions.
- Try another charger. If possible, switch to a different charging point to see if the issue persists.
